How do you define a socket?
Socket wrench is shortened to socket. It's generally referred to as a socket since it fits on many wrench types and has a tube-like design. It's a common tool for life, maintenance, and manufacturing.
Several hexagonal or dodecagonal sockets are assembled to form socket wrenches, which can be customized with handles, connecting rods, and other attachments. They work particularly well for tightening nuts or bolts with deep recesses or extreme narrowness.

 

Classification of socket wrenches ?

(4) Appearance: single groove and double groove; knurled; straight; spherical, etc., nickel-plated and chrome-plated, etc;

(5) Use: manual socket wrenches and pneumatic socket wrenches (black, chrome molybdenum steel).

(6) According to the removal of different screws: external hexagonal socket, external plum blossom socket; internal hexagonal socket, internal hexagonal socket, internal 12-flower socket; E-type socket, five-corner compression set of cylinders, five-corner hollow compression set of cylinders, four-corner sockets and so on;
