Automation upgrade is the development trend
Why will automation upgrade become the trend of stamping production line in the future? The author believes that there are six reasons:
⑴ Improvement of quality requirements. The quality requirements of stamping parts continue to improve in the market environment, and the automatic upgrade can greatly help the quality control of the whole line.
(2) Reliability requirements of equipment. With the development of automation technology, compared with the old automation and manual processing, the new equipment will be more reliable with the improvement of quality, and can greatly reduce the downtime of the stamping line.
(3) Production flexibility needs. The automatic grasp and transportation of various special stamping parts is often the difficulty of automation, and sometimes it has to be replaced by manual work, which will greatly reduce production efficiency. The new automation equipment, based on improved quality and reliability, has higher flexibility, which is a necessary condition to improve the flexibility of the entire production line.
(4) Higher capacity demand. For some old stamping lines, by upgrading the latest automation and control system, you can make full use of the window time and space for the opening and closing of the lower die on the press to improve production capacity.
(5) Reduced human resources. For a long time, China's demographic dividend is slowly disappearing, enterprises are difficult to recruit workers, labor costs are soaring, automation instead of labor is the future trend.
(6) Used spare parts are gradually being withdrawn from the market. After that, the old spare parts will be more difficult to buy and the replacement cost will be higher and higher. Considering the comprehensive cost and equipment performance, automatic transformation is a more reasonable solution.
A new automation solution
Schuler's new automation solution covers the entire punching line, from the head of the line, between presses and at the end of the line. These schemes can be applied to new stamping line projects, and can also be matched to the reconstruction of existing stamping lines.
