How to use the torque multiplier. When using the torque multiplier, pay attention to the torque value of the torque wrench. Do not overload it. Try to keep the torque wrench drive head, torque multiplier and lock coaxial line aligned. Try to maintain a reliable plane contact between the reaction lever and the object. Try to keep the reaction force at a right Angle to the reaction arm. The point of reaction force should be as far away from the torque multiplier as possible and within the safety triangle. For safety reasons, the use of double arms or counteracting lever arms is not permitted. To remove the torque multiplier, remove the torque wrench and the toggle rebound device. Do not tap.
The torque multiplier bounce-back safety has the following advantages:
1. If accidentally loose, the torque input device will not suddenly rebound in the direction of operation to ensure the safety of the operator;
2. There is no rebound safety device, and it is often necessary to confirm that there is no obstacle in the 360 degree rotation of the torque device, because the obstacle will cause the multiplier to be unable to use;
3. The rebound safety device with the multiplier reaction force point of the force arm can make the multiplier tighten the nut, even if the manual torque wrench multiplier is used upside down, it can also support the torque multiplier's own weight.
