VDE Round Nose Pliers with Dipping Handle

Round-nosed pliers are pliers with rounded edges on the jaws. They don't have cutting edges and they are commonly used to make round splices or loops of wire. Typically, each jaw has a rounded profile when viewed from the front of the jaws. Rounded jaws can hold wire securely while making smooth curve. Many round nose pliers will have a tapered jaw, allowing one set of pliers to be used for many different sizes of loops, by simply bending them further up or down the pliers' jaws.

The pliers' body is made of 60CRV high-quality alloy steel by forging process, using high-frequency heat treatment, the hardness of the body HRC40~50, the pliers' mouth outer diameter range is Φ2.3-7.3MM, the length of the mouth is 45mm. The handle is made of double-layer PVC dipped plastic with yellow inner layer and red outer layer, which is durable and high pressure resistant. If the red outer layer is broken and the yellow inner layer is exposed during use, the user can be warned to stop using it. VDE round nose pliers have been certified by VDE institute, with an insulation withstand voltage of 1000v, in accordance with IEC/EN60900 standard.
