VDE Flat Nose Pliers with Dipping Handle

Flat-nosed pliers are a commonly used hardware tool. It has a flat mouth with non-slip functional teeth on the inside of the jaws and no cutting edge. It is mainly used for bending thin metal sheets and wires to the desired shape. In repair work, flat-nosed pliers can also be used to install and pull pins, springs and so on. The body of the VDE flat nose pliers is made of premium alloy steel (60CRV) and is heat-treated with high frequency. HRC40–50 is the plier body hardness. The jaws are flat with internal serrations. The mouth is 45 mm long. The handle is composed of a robust, high-voltage-resistant double-layer PVC dipped plastic with an exterior layer that is red and an inner layer that is yellow. The user can be alerted to cease using it if the red outer layer breaks while in use, exposing the yellow interior layer. VDE flat nose pliers meet IEC/EN60900 standards. They are approved by the German VDE organization, and the handles have an insulation withstand voltage of 10000V at most.
