VDE Test Pen

Neon bulb test pens, also known as electric pens, are used to verify whether wires, appliances, and metal casings of electrical equipment are energized. Neon bulb test pen is one of the most commonly used test pens. Determine whether the test object is charged based on whether the neon bulb is illuminated. This type of pen is mainly a screwdriver type. Ordinary test pens can detect voltages in the range of 60-550V. Within this range, the higher the voltage, the brighter the test pen tube. If it is less than 60v, the neon bulb will not light up. For safety reasons, do not use ordinary test pens to detect voltages higher than 500v.
