Automatic High-speed Sewing And Cutting Application Sharing

It is mainly used for sewing and cutting shirt collars, sleeves and pockets. The equipment is divided into the following 4 parts:


1. Feeding part: It is used for the initial positioning of sewing materials. The laser projection position is controlled by the motor and the materials are placed on the platform manually.


2, sewing part: by sewing machine needle, sewing spindle, sewing X axis, sewing Y axis, according to the graphic track for high-speed sewing.


3, cutting part: by cutting knife axis, cutting X axis, cutting Y axis combination, according to the graphic track sewing materials for cutting.
4. Receiving part: Sorting and stacking the finished products after cutting.


1. Trajectory analysis technology
By giving the coordinates of feature points, the arc or straight line is segmented with equal spacing to realize high-speed sewing and cutting of the equipment.

 

2, CAD graphics processing technology
The standard CAD drawing is generated DXF file, and the graphics data is copied to the controller through SD, so that the graphics can be processed and copied quickly.
