Due to the constant friction with the screw, the screw head is a loss part, and the head needs to be replaced after a period of time, and the replacement of the electric screw head needs to choose the appropriate screw head specifications, so how to confirm the specifications of the electric head?
1. Determine the required batch header type
First of all, we must choose the right type of head, electric screw head commonly used a word, cross, etc., in addition, there are some less commonly used, such as triangle, square, U, cross belt post, cross flat head, etc., the first choice should look at the specifications of the electric screwdriver.
2, determine the size of the handle of the required batch head Electric screw head can be divided into four types according to the diameter and shape of the handle:
(1)4mm round handle: the handle diameter is 4mm, which is suitable for most 800 type electric screwdrivers on the market (the batch head jack is 4mm round hole).
(2)5mm round handle: the handle diameter is 5mm, which is suitable for most type 801 (the batch head jack is 5mm round hole) electric screwdriver on the market.
(3)6mm round handle: the handle diameter is 6mm, which is suitable for most type 802 (the batch head jack is 6mm round hole) electric screwdriver on the market.
(4)6.35mm hex handle: the height of the opposite side of the hex is 6.35mm, which is suitable for most SH1/4 type (the lot head jack is 6.35mm hex hole) electric screwdrivers and all pneumatic screwdrivers on the market.
3, determine the size and shape of the electric screwdriver head jack
The shape of the electric head needs to match the electric screwdriver to be used, and the size should be accurately measured, not large or small.
4. Determine the diameter of the dismounting screws
The size of the screwdriver head is determined by the diameter of the screw to be removed. For example, if an M4 screw (the diameter of the thread part is 4mm) needs to be removed, select the screwdriver with a screw diameter of 4mm.
5, determine the size of the screw cap cross pattern road
The size of the cross pattern road of the screw cap affects the sharpness of the batch head, if the cross pattern road is thin, choose a sharper batch head; If there are two lines, the thinner one is preferred.
6, determine the depth of the screw hole
If the depth of the screw hole is 20mm, select a bit with a length greater than 40mm.
